I am excited to be involved in a new ventureĀ focussed on mobile ethnography, or what I prefer to call participation research.
I believe that as more and more devices with camera’s percolate into out lives the use of video and media in general both in a positive and negative way will increase.
Thus the opportunity for organisations to understand the impact their products and services have on the lives of the people they serve as well as observing the behaviors which can lead to the creation of new insights has and will continue to increase.
